STEP 1 :

A first point of contact (5 minutes maximum) to introduce yourself and plan a HR interview with a NOYAN associate.

This informal conversation is a mutual first impression, leading to a potential collaboration.

STEP 2 :

The HR interview allows us to understand and appreciate your personal and professional qualities.  It is also an opportunity to understand your motivation and to assess the link between your expectations and our NOYAN projects and values.

STEP 3 :

This step allows us to evaluate in greater depth your technical and functional expertise. We will also evaluate your logic and ability to adapt to different contexts.
